We had to visit the hostpital and sort out my friend with some crutches to continue the journey! Luckily she had a specialist backpacker insurance so she fealt cool about going on.

I was backpacking in Spain last year. I had a great time but underestimated the amount of sun that can get through during the day, especially if resting without any shelter.
